Mahesh Anchan is Managing Director & CEO of Spinebiz and is responsible for overall business expansion, improved global coverage, and overseeing international business operations.
He comes with 2 decades of experience in Building strategies for Business Development, Sales, Operations & Change management which has enabled various organizations to become trailblazers in various sectors across the globe.
His international experience spanning several countries has allowed him to identify key drivers of growth and develop business development strategies that work on a global scale.
Prior to Spinebiz, in his 25 years of experience, Mahesh has served in leadership roles in various organizations like VFSGLOBAL, VASCO, Intentia, A3TL, BPL AFX & DaRT.
Mahesh is a graduate of the Bachelor of Engineering, University of Mumbai, India, with a specialization in Production, and an alumnus of EPBM in Business Management, IIM Kolkata.

George Thomas
Head - Corporate & xPO Services
George Thomas is heading xPO service vertical at Spinebiz.
He is an integral part of the management team that formulates business expansion strategies for the organisation, digital transformation projects for our clients, and manages operations and projects in the KPO domain.
His cross-domain experience and global exposure were instrumental for a successful career in outsourcing and other business operations.
He has proven skills in strategic decision-making, business transformation, process improvement, and project management and has more than 2 decades of experience in the Outsourcing and Hospitality industry.
Prior to Spinebiz he has performed leadership roles in SOTC-Kuoni, VFS Global, and VFS Tasheel.
His contributions include ERP implementations, Shared Services Center setup, innovative cost optimization projects, and Operational rollouts in various geographies across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Digvijay Dhariwal
Head - BD and Strategy
Digvijay is leading the Business Development & Strategy in Spinebiz.
Digvijay has an experience of over a decade in the fields of Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Intelligence, Travel Insurance, and Product Management at International levels.Prior to Spinebiz, his stint with One Vasco where was involved in driving New Product developments for the company and involved in the rollout of the product in multiple countries.
As Global Head-Products, he managed and develop all Product lines for the organization with a Gross Revenue of US$ 80.0 Mn in over 45 countries. Vasco’s product portfolio comprises Travel Insurance, Telecom, Travel services, Visa Concierge, Financial Products, and Media.Had successfully established a team of Product Managers for each Product line along with key Business Analysts.
Was instrumental in building and managing global alliances program with Fortune 2000 companies for better engagement, margins, and leveraging presence of both organizations.He was responsible for managing the budgeting, forecasting, and P&L of the product line and the organization.

Parmeswar Menon
Head of Delivery & Strategic Partnership
Parmeswar Menon is Head Growth Strategy & Strategic Partnership at Spinebiz & is responsible for planning the Growth as well as Strategic Partnerships to support the topline.
He is a Strategic Professional with over 31+ years of rich & qualitative experience.
Last decade-plus he has spent as a client engaged in BFSI vertical building technology vision, architecture roadmap, and governance including applications plus infrastructure.
His early career has been spent in Enterprise Sales, Marketing grooming to an entrepreneurial experience.
This was followed by an experience as an Enterprise client having a spread of over 24,000 plus customer access branches managing multiple partner networks in a dynamically regulated market.
In his 3 decades, he has garnered experience in handling clients from across Scientific labs, Industrial Automation to internet-based businesses/ marketplaces in BFSI across geographies.
To simplify Business Funding & Financing for startups to Scale-up & enterprises.

At Spinebiz his charter is to handle Project & Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market. Lead and Manage the Engineering and support teams to deliver software and solutions that meets the needs of users.
He is an explorer who likes to learn disruptive technologies. Be it a simple or a complex program, our man simply believes in getting his hands dirty to understand how different things in the world function. He is an avid traveler and understands different people and their cultures.

Nimish Sreedharan
Head of Pre-sales & IMS Practice
Nimish Sreedharan in his current role is responsible for over technology infrastructure management for Spinebiz and various customers from an implementation, delivery, and support perspective.
He comes with close to 2 decades of extensive experience in IT solutions, consulting, design, and delivery in technology i.e., Data, Voice, PaaS, SaaS, application integration across verticals (BFSI, Travel, Telecom, Health Care, Media, Retail and PSU).
In his quest of seeking challenges in technology solutions and delivery, he has delivered projects across various geographies such as APAC, MENA, Africa, Europe.
Prior to Spinebiz, Nimish has worked other key roles across various organizations like Firstsource, VFS Global, HGS, Teleperformance SE, and done consulting assignments for enterprises and startups.
Nimish has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, from the University of Pune, India.

He comes with over 20 years of experience in various roles like Business Analysis, Project Management, and heading Support operations in the IT and ITES industries within verticals like Supply Chain, Visa Services, and Travel and Tourism.
He has been credited for delivering several IT and ITES projects in India and overseas and sustaining/streamlining operations across various geographies and distributed teams.
Prior to Spinebiz, he worked for Botree Software where he executed several domestic and international IT and ITES projects for their clients - Samsung, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Hindustan Unilever, Airtel, Johnson & Johnson, and Castrol.
Bejoy has completed his Master’s in Commerce from Annamalai University.

Jeyasudhan comes with over 21+ years of Experience in Business Development, Presales, Project Management in MNCs like DELL, Xerox, and Panasonic.
His last assignment was with Oasys Cybernetics where his major focus was on e-Governance and has successfully implemented BOOT projects for various State Governments of India.
Jeyasudhan has completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University.
